Having danced since she was three, Angharad trained at the London College of Dance and is a member of the Royal Academy of Dance and the Foundation for Community Dance. She is a qualified Exercise to Music instructor, Fitness Ballet instructor, and has undergone special training to teach those with disabilities and older adults (60+). Angharad has taught dance and exercise at Dance4all for over twenty years and has experience teaching those of all ages and abilities, including those with disabilities. All of our students that we have entered into Royal Academy of Dance exams have obtained Merits or Distinctions. Angharad, the teacher, as part of her Exercise to Music Instructor qualification has had special training in teaching seniors. Classes are tailored to suit the abilities of all participants, from gentle chair-based exercise through to aerobics. Maintaining physical fitness throughout life is important, however this is especially true for older members of the community.
